Cancellation Timelines
- More than 45 days before travel: 15% of total package cost.
- 30 – 45 days before travel: 30% of total package cost.
- 15 – 29 days before travel: 50% of total package cost.
- 7 – 14 days before travel: 75% of total package cost.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total package cost.
Force Majeure
Cancellations due to weather advisories, administration restrictions, permit denials or force-majeure events will be handled case-by-case, with credit toward a rescheduled trip wherever possible.
