These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of tour packages, services, and this website operated by Lakshadweep Travel Guide, a locally based DMC registered under UDYAM-LD-01-0000879, headquartered in Agatti Island, Lakshadweep.
Bookings & confirmations
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment and successful issuance of the Lakshadweep Entry Permit. All rates are per-person unless otherwise stated and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Entry permits
Lakshadweep is a restricted zone. Entry permits are issued by the Lakshadweep Administration and are non-transferable. Incomplete or delayed submission of required documents may result in denial of entry, for which we accept no liability.
Weather, sea conditions & administration
Certain activities and inter-island transfers are subject to weather, sea conditions, and administrative regulations. Where possible we will reschedule affected activities or offer suitable alternatives. Refunds for weather-affected components are governed by our Refund Policy.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must carry valid identity documents, follow local laws, respect the marine ecosystem, and adhere to safety instructions from our guides and operators. Use of alcohol, drugs and single-use plastics is restricted or prohibited on the islands.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services booked directly with us. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services (airlines, transport, external activity operators) or from force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kavaratti, Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
