Cancellation windows
- More than 45 days before arrival: 15% of package cost as cancellation fee
- 30 – 45 days before arrival: 30% of package cost as cancellation fee
- 15 – 29 days before arrival: 50% of package cost as cancellation fee
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of package cost (non-refundable)
Weather & administration cancellations
If an activity or transfer is cancelled by weather or the Lakshadweep Administration, we will reschedule where possible or refund the proportionate value of the affected component, less non-recoverable charges.
Permit denials
Where a permit is denied due to incomplete documentation submitted by the traveller, standard cancellation charges apply. Where denial is due to reasons on our side, a full refund of the package cost (excluding third-party non-recoverables) will be issued.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days to the original payment method.
